Friendly, on time, professional technician Eli. Greenwood came out for deep cleaning needed on our chimney. They noticed some cracks and gaps that would be a safety risk and recommended repairs. They provided an estimate, which I reviewed before scheduling the work. They were willing to come out on a Sunday to complete it. Eli the same tech did the work efficiently and I am pleased with the results.

Having been burned by several HVAC service providers over the past few years, I’m still feeling like Greenwood Duct Cleaning’s service and quality is too good to be true. Here’s why:
Service: From the moment someone reached out to me, I felt like communication was friendly, honest & urgent. I’ve been working with Dan, who has been incredibly responsive to text and phone calls. His communication has been thorough and extremely clear. Even though he obviously works at Greenwood, he also gives me the distinct sense that he’s working for me and looking out for my budget.
Quality: related to the issue I was having, Greenwood came in and immediately identified what two other providers could not identify. They went to work right away, addressing the issue from all angles. Dan let me know that if I perceived any lingering evidence of the original problem that they’d come back out to do whatever it took to make things right. Well, there was some lingering evidence and Dan was a man of his word. Within a few hours of contacting him, they were back out, touching up some loose ends and it appears that they’ve solved my issue completely.
I’m thoroughly impressed with Greenwood not only for the work they did, but for how they run their business compared to their competitors. A++

Never use this comapny!!!!
They said that cleaned dry vent. But they didn’t do anything. Still there was negative flow.
When I went the roof, my dry vent entrance clogged. After cleaning it by my self, it solved. And even, the representative is so mean and not kind. Never use this service.

We had a serious issue where mold had grown throughout one of our A/C units: including the central unit, every attached vent, and all of the ducts between those vents and the central unit. It was completely contaminated. I feel very fortunate that it was Chris and Leslie who answered our call. They are both extremely hard working and just incredibly thorough. You feel that they are truly sincere in their interest in the safety of your children and of your family. They will throw in all of the extra hours needed to properly take care of you. I can tell by reviewing the work they have performed that they do not cut any corners. Chris is absolutely serious about properly and industriously removing mold. Besides his love of doing a good job and of working hard, Chris cares for you and for your health and it really shows as you interact with him and see him work. In the case of mold or contaminated ducts, I think that you should be careful about trying to find the cheapest guy out there who may not care much for doing a proper job. In work like this were so much remains hidden from view, trust in the person performing the work is absolutely necessary; therefore, I very much appreciate He and would recommend them to anyone seeking this type of cleaning..
